南通市低生育率困境及对策研究
Research on the Dilemma of Low Fertility Rate in Nantong City and the Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Based on the statistical data,this paper argues that Nantong is facing practical difficulties such as insufficient fertility motivation,declining total fertility rate and declining natural population growth rate,and then analyzes the influencing factors from the aspects of economic and social development and reproductive health.In addition,countermeasures such as setting up supporting measures of birth,improving the birth security system and strengthening fertility health services are proposed to actively deal with the dilemma of low fertility rate,so as to provide ideas for promoting the balanced development of regional population.关键词
