基于产教融合的光伏现场工程师培养模式实践
Practice of Intelligent Photovoltaic Field Engineer Training Mode Based on the Industry-education Integration

Abstract
On the basis of clarifying the ability requirements of the major engineering and technical positions of photovoltaic field engineers,the practice relies on the three platforms of basic experiment professional training center,innovative engineering training workshop,and industry-university-research joint practice base,adheres to the combination of theory and experiment,engineering and training,project and actual work,and professional and practice,and promotes the collaborative improvement of five capabilities of professional and technical application,on-site knowledge integration,engineering practice and innovation,coordinated management and communication and cooperation,and has achieved good results.It can provide an idea for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges to cultivate field engineer talents in the new energy industry.关键词
