多孔过渡金属电催化剂在水分解反应中的应用
Improved transition metal electrocatalysts with porous structures for efficient water splitting reaction
摘要
Abstract
With the increasingly pressing global challenges of energy scarcity,climate deterioration,and envi-ronmental pollution,there is an urgent imperative for a substantial transformation in current methods of energy production and utilization.The development of renewable green energy sources and the reduction of traditional fossil fuel reliance in our energy supply represent an ideal technological approach to addressing the worldwide en-ergy crisis and environmental issues at hand.Electrocatalytic water splitting offers a means to convert surplus electric energy generated by renewable resources into high-energy density hydrogen that can be easily stored.This paper provides a comprehensive review on the advancements made in electrocatalysts based on cost-effective porous transition metals for water splitting,while also outlining future directions for novel non-precious metal electrocatalyst development.关键词
