水溶性三联吡啶类锌离子荧光探针的合成及其性能研究

摘要
Abstract
The 4'-(pyridyl)-2,2':6',2''-terpyridine(L1)and its methylation product(L2)were successfully synthesized by using 2-acetylpyridine and 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde as starting materials,which were character-ized by the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR)and elemental analysis(EA).The UV-vis absorp-tion and fluorescence spectroscopy results show that the binding ratio of probe L2 to Zn2+is 2∶1,the linear re-sponse range is 0~14 μmol/L,and the detection limit is 1.46×10-7 mol/L.Meanwhile,the detection results of Zn2+in water samples are satisfactory.关键词
