Comparative advantages,practical obstacles and optimization paths of hog insurance+futures
在当前生猪供给弹性较高的背景下,探讨生猪保险+期货的比较优势和现实阻滞,并总结其优化路径,对降低生猪供给弹性、平抑猪价周期性波动具有积极意义.本研究对传统生猪价格指数保险局限性的系统梳理为基础,分析了生猪保险+期货模式的比较优势.通过案例分析的方式,总结了生猪保险+期货的现实阻滞,并提出了优化路径.研究发现,相较于传统的生猪价格指数保险,生猪保险+期货模式具有保险产品设计难度低、逆向选择的影响小、具备风险分散机制和政策成本低等优势.生猪保险+期货能够发挥补充现金流、稳定生产的作用,但也面临产品约束和支持体系不完备等问题.因此,应探索服务于差异化生猪养殖主体的金融避险方案、鼓励合资成立专项业务公司、优化保险条款、加大财政支持力度、扩大试点范围并加大宣传力度,以及探索生猪期权合约上市的可行性.
In the backdrop of high supply elasticity of hogs,it is of positive significance to explore the comparative advantages and realistic hindrances of hog insurance+futures and summarize its optimization path to reduce the supply elasticity of hogs and smooth out the cyclical fluctuations of hog prices.This study builds upon a systematic review of the limitations of traditional hog price index insurance,analyzing the comparative advantages of hog insurance+futures.Through case study analysis,the study delineates the practical hurdles of hog insurance+futures and proposes optimization pathways.Findings indicate that hog insurance+futures,compared to traditional hog price index insurance,offer advantages such as simplified insurance product design,minimal adverse selection impact,integrated risk diversification mechanisms,and lower policy costs.While hog insurance+futures can supplement cash flow and stabilize production,challenges include product constraints and an incomplete support system.Thus,exploration of financial risk mitigation strategies tailored to diverse hog farming entities,encouragement of joint ventures for specialized business companies,optimization of insurance terms,increased financial support,expanded pilot programs with enhanced publicity,and exploration of hog option contract listings are recommended.
