海洋动物胚胎冷冻保存的研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
Recent Advances in the Embryo Cryopreservation of Marine Animals
冷冻保存是一种在生物及医学领域广泛使用的技术手段.自20世纪90年代以来,有关冷冻保存方法的研究逐年增多,其研究方向不仅局限于物种范围,在细胞类型以及应用领域中也呈现出多样化的趋势.随着海洋动物在胚胎学及遗传育种方面研究的不断深入,致力于冷冻保存海洋动物胚胎的研究也在增多.本文聚焦于海洋动物胚胎冷冻保存技术,按海洋棘皮动物、海洋软体动物、海洋虾类及海洋鱼类来对海洋动物胚胎进行分类,概述了近年来对30余种海洋动物胚胎冷冻保存研究的进展,分析了海洋动物冷冻保存所面临的技术挑战以及未来的发展趋势.
Cryopreservation has been widely used in biological and biomedical research.Since the 1990s,the study of cryopreservation techniques has been increasing dramatically,ranging from species,cell types and application areas.With the development in genetic breeding and embryonic study in ma-rine animals,cryopreservation studies on marine animal embryos are also rising.This review focuses on the cryopreservation techniques of marine animals.We will summarize recent advances in cryopreserva-tion research on about 30 marine species ranging from marine echinoderm,marine mollusk,marine shrimp and fish.Moreover,we will also discuss the technical limitations and future directions on cryo-preservation of marine animals.
