海洋动物胚胎冷冻保存的研究进展
Recent Advances in the Embryo Cryopreservation of Marine Animals
摘要
Abstract
Cryopreservation has been widely used in biological and biomedical research.Since the 1990s,the study of cryopreservation techniques has been increasing dramatically,ranging from species,cell types and application areas.With the development in genetic breeding and embryonic study in ma-rine animals,cryopreservation studies on marine animal embryos are also rising.This review focuses on the cryopreservation techniques of marine animals.We will summarize recent advances in cryopreserva-tion research on about 30 marine species ranging from marine echinoderm,marine mollusk,marine shrimp and fish.Moreover,we will also discuss the technical limitations and future directions on cryo-preservation of marine animals.关键词
