不同氮磷营养条件对中肋骨条藻和球等鞭金藻生长及元素组成的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of Different Nitrogen and Phosphorus Nutrient Conditions on Growth and Element Composition of Skeletonema costatum and Isochrysis galbana
为了探究氮磷比(N/P)失衡和不同藻种对海洋微藻的生长和元素组成及营养利用的影响,本研究分别在正常条件(f/2培养基)、低N/P条件(氮限制)和高N/P条件(磷限制)下,连续培养了中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)两种微藻各15 d,培养过程中测定了两种微藻的细胞密度、叶绿素a浓度、藻细胞的元素含量(C、N、P)和化学计量比,以及培养液中无机盐的含量.结果表明:氮限制条件促进…查看全部>>
