为了探究氮磷比(N/P)失衡和不同藻种对海洋微藻的生长和元素组成及营养利用的影响,本研究分别在正常条件(f/2培养基)、低N/P条件(氮限制)和高N/P条件(磷限制)下,连续培养了中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)两种微藻各15 d,培养过程中测定了两种微藻的细胞密度、叶绿素a浓度、藻细胞的元素含量(C、N、P)和化学计量比,以及培养液中无机盐的含量.结果表明:氮限制条件促进两种微藻的增殖,而磷限制条件抑制了两种微藻增殖;营养失衡不利于藻细胞叶绿素a的积累;在不同N/P条件下两种藻的C含量变化较小,而随着时间推移,两种藻细胞的N和P元素含量均有所降低,且在两种藻细胞的高N/P组中N含量均达到最高,不同N/P条件对细胞N元素含量有极显著影响;两种藻细胞在低N/P组和高N/P组中的P含量均同对照组无显著性差异;不同藻种对细胞C元素和P元素的含量有显著性影响;中肋骨条藻在高N/P组和低N/P组的C/N值、在低N/P组的C/P值以及在高N/P组的N/P值均同对照组存在显著性差异;球等鞭金藻在三种条件下的各元素比值均与对照组无明显差异;不同N/P条件只对细胞N/P值有极显著影响;氮限制增加了NO3--N的利用率,磷限制降低了NO3--N的利用率,而这两种营养失衡均对藻细胞利用PO43--P的影响很小.

In this paper,two species of microalgae,Skeletonema costatum and Isochrysis galbana were cultured continuously for 15 days under three different nutritional conditions:Normal condition(f/2 medium),low N/P condition(nitrogen limitation)and high N/P condition(phosphorus limitation).During the culture process,the cell density,chlorophyll a concentration,element content(C,N,P)and stoichiometric ratio of algal cells and the content of inorganic salts in the culture medium were meas-ured.The effects of N/P imbalance and different algae species on the growth,elemental composition and nutrient utilization of marine microalgae were investigated.The results showed that:(1)nitrogen-limiting conditions promoted the proliferation of two microalgae,phosphorus-limiting conditions re-duced the proliferation of microalgae;nutrient imbalance was not conducive to the accumulation of Chlo-rophyll a in algal cells;(2)Under different N/P conditions,the two the C content of the algae changed little,the contents of N and P in the cells of the two algae decreased with time,and the content of N was the highest in the high N/P group.Different N/P conditions had a very significant effect on the con-tent of N in the cells;There was no significant difference in P content between the low N/P group and the high N/P group and the control group;Different algae species had significant effects on the contents of C and P elements in cells;(3)For Skeletonema costatum,the C/N value in high N/P group and low N/P group,the C/P value in low N/P group and the N/P value in high N/P group were all significantly different from the control group;For Isochrysis galbana,there was no significant difference in the ratios of various elements between the three conditions and the control group;Different N/P conditions only had a very significant effect on cell N/P value;(4)Nitrogen limitation increased the utilization of NO3--N,and phosphorus limitation decreased the utilization of NO3--N;however,these two nutrient imbalances have little effect on the utilization of PO43--P by algae cells.
