基于质量指标的隧道围岩智能分级及精益建造研究OA

隧道工程围岩级别的准确判识是围岩稳定性评价及隧道开挖精益支护的基础.围岩质量指标是围岩级别评判的依据,由于围岩质量指标计算包括定性与定量因素,存在定性指标难以准确评定,围岩级别精准评价困难的问题.采用围岩质量指标分级法与机器学习算法融合构建围岩智能分级软件系统,量化分析围岩分级质量指标要素,数值法求解围岩质量指标,围岩级别判定卡采集围岩要素,卡片信息软件系统自动识读、自动分析,快速判定围岩级别,精准确定支护参数,动态优化原支护设计方案.研究成果在3项隧道工程中实践应用,实现隧道围岩精准分级、精益支护建造的目标.

Accurate identification of surrounding rock level in tunnel engineering is the foundation of surrounding rock stability evaluation and tunnel excavation lean support.The quality index of the surrounding rock is the basis of the evaluation of the surrounding rock grade.Since the calculation of the quality index of the surrounding rock includes qualitative and quantitative factors,it is difficult to evaluate the qualitative index accurately and evaluate the surrounding rock grade accurately.The intelligent surrounding rock classification software system is constructed by combining the surrounding rock quality index classification method and the machine learning algorithm,the surrounding rock classification quality index elements are analyzed quantitatively,the surrounding rock quality index is solved by numerical method,and the surrounding rock quality factors are collected by the surrounding rock grade determination card.The card information software system can automatically read,analyze and determine the grade of surrounding rock quickly,accurately determine the support parameters and dynamically optimize the original support design scheme.The research results have been applied in three tunnel projects to achieve the goal of accurate classification of tunnel surrounding rock and lean support construction.
