Based on the scientific research project management model of aerospace enterprises,this paper carries out innovative analysis in order to improve the traditional management mode and provide management power for the efficient and orderly progress of aerospace scientific research projects.This paper proposes to integrate the analysis method of the current situation of management,point out the direction of innovation,and integrate and optimize the development environment,control the research and development cycle,accurately locate research and development projects,create a PDCA cycle management system and enhance the ability of major organization planning,so as to make the scientific research project management model take on a new look and achieve the expected innovation goal.Through the implementation of innovative methods,the implementation cycle of scientific research projects in aerospace enterprises has been greatly shortened,the efficiency of research and development has been continuously improved,and the rigor of research and development has been improved.In conclusion,it is very necessary to innovate and improve the management mode of scientific research projects in aerospace enterprises,and these means and methods must be implemented in order to achieve the desired development results.
