摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the automation level of municipal solid waste incineration power plant,the optimal design of one-button shutdown system of municipal solid waste incineration power plant is studied,the flow control logic is simplified,and two kinds of shutdown modules are designed based on different shutdown conditions of the power plant.the transformation includes the one-button shutdown system of the boiler,steam turbine and auxiliary system.After the system is put into operation,it is proved that the boiler,steam turbine and auxiliary system realize the integrated self-stopping function,which can significantly reduce the downtime of each system and improve the automation level of the system.A design of shutdown breakpoint is proposed to enhance the concentration of the overall control system and improve the management level of unit operation,which is of certain significance to promote the automatic operation of municipal solid waste incineration power plant.关键词
