Abstract

Relying on the project of shield tunneling through the railway track area of Beijing Chaoyang Station on Beijing Metro Line 3,through numerical calculation and field measured data,the deformation characteristics of existing railway roadbed during interval shield crossing construction are analyzed.The deformation control effect of sheet pile reinforcement system and ground grouting reinforcement on railway track is discussed.The research results show that the sheet pile reinforcement system can significantly reduce the railway roadbed deformation caused by shield crossing construction,and the maximum settlement deformation of track roadbed 6# is only 1.27 mm.The control effect of ground grouting reinforcement scheme on railway roadbed deformation is weaker than that of sheet pile reinforcement system,but the maximum settlement value of railway roadbed after shield crossing still meets the settlement control standard.However,only the secondary grouting of the tunnel can not ensure the safety of the existing railway line operation.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
