摘要

Abstract

An online job search management system has been designed to meet the needs of enterprise recruitment and graduate job seeking.The system is developed based on SSM technology and includes functions such as user information module,recruitment information module,resume information module,college information module,recruitment announcement module,and job information module.Employers can use the system to publish recruitment announcements,job seekers can use the system to filter recruitment information and submit resumes,and administrators can maintain system information.The system is able to break down the barriers between the time and space of employers and job seekers,allowing for seamless integration of recruitment and job seeking needs on the platform,saving employers and job seekers time and labor costs.At the same time,the system has added security management for user identity verification and permission control to prevent unauthorized operations;And use MyBatis as the ORM tool,using parameterized queries and minimizing database operation permissions to prevent SQL injection and ensure system security.
