摘要

Abstract

In view of the independence and disconnection between the target mix ratio and the production mix ratio of asphalt mixture,the design concept of mix proportion based on asphalt concrete mixing station is put forward.Weakening the target mix design process,emphasizing the trial production of the target mix ratio in the asphalt concrete mixing plant,so as to obtain the proportion of each grade of hot material,which is used as the production ratio for mix design.Then based on the design results,the joint adjustment and joint test is carried out in the asphalt concrete mixing station,and finally the coordination and unity of the target mix ratio and the production mix ratio in the asphalt concrete mixing station is realized by fine-tuning the target mix ratio.
