延迟焦化装置可以将石油焦去除,同时符合节能环保的工作理念,因此当前在石油化工行业广泛利用延迟焦化装置.因为延迟焦化装置加热炉处于高温和高压的环境中,再加上材料自身特征的影响,因此在铬钼合金钢管道中经常会出现裂纹等问题,影响到设备运行的稳定性.因此,需要加强研究延迟焦化装置加热炉铬钼合金钢管道焊接技术,针对当前存在的问题提出针对性改进措施,对于实际工作起到参考作用.

Delayed coking unit can remove petroleum coke and conforms to the working concept of energy saving and environmental protection,so delayed coking unit is widely used in petrochemical industry.Because the heating furnace of delayed coking unit is in the environment of high temperature and high pressure,coupled with the influence of material characteristics,cracks and other problems often occur in chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe,which affect the stability of equipment operation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the welding technology of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe in the reheating furnace of delayed coking unit,and put forward corresponding improvement measures in view of the existing problems,which can be used as a reference for practical work.
