摘要

Abstract

As an important part of the national"five-in-one"strategy,the construction of ecological civilization has a far-reaching impact on socialist modernization and the realization of the goal of"double carbon".As the largest power transmission and distribution enterprise in China,State Grid Corporation needs to strengthen the main responsibility of environmental protection in order to build an efficient,safe and environmentally friendly green power grid and a new power system.Through the investigation of the existing environmental protection capability evaluation system and the environmental protection business requirements of State Grid Corporation,the five-layer architecture of data layer,communication network layer,support layer,application layer and user layer is adopted to construct the environmental protection capability evaluation system and database which is suitable for the complex business of power grid enterprises.Finally,the system-level data management,analysis and processing,result evaluation and display are realized.
