摘要

Abstract

Deep drawing is a typical sheet metal forming process,and the process parameters in the forming process directly affect the quality of forming parts.Taking typical parts and common drawing material ST14 as an example,on the basis of theoretical calculation,the influence of forming process parameters on the forming quality of parts is discussed by finite element analysis.It is concluded that the maximum stress of sheet metal deep drawing is concentrated in the radius area of punch fillet,where there is the danger of thinning and fracture,and the fillet radius of punch is the key to forming,and the forming defects can be predicted by finite element simulation.And the forming parameters are optimized.
