摘要

Abstract

In view of the lack of strictness of the current verification process standards and the low accuracy of manual interpretation results,this paper puts forward a new professional standard of intelligent automation with the basic goal of full coverage of the existing standards.Intelligent and automatic index detection is by means of program-controlled tooling combined with automatic waveform recognition/calculation algorithm to output test results,so as to achieve the reproducibility of high-precision measurement results.
