摘要

Abstract

This paper discusses the safety problems and prevention and control measures in the process of preparation,storage,transportation and application of hydrogen.Safety problems include chemical reaction instability,danger under high temperature and high pressure,sudden pressure release,gas leakage and explosion,etc.In terms of policy,it is necessary to legislate for supervision,formulate standards,implement the mechanism of reward and punishment,and strengthen information disclosure and international cooperation.From the aspect of management,it is suggested to establish a safety management system,strengthen risk assessment and promote safety culture;from the technical aspect,advocate technological innovation and develop advanced technology to improve hydrogen safety and service efficiency.These measures will help to ensure the safe application of hydrogen in all aspects.
