Abstract
Taking a masonry building as an example,this paper discusses the application of the current JGJ125-2016"Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal"in practical appraisal work.Through the investigation and analysis of the structure,materials and cracks of the house,the danger of the house is determined.In accordance with the relevant provisions in the JGJ 125-2016"Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal",the comprehensive proportion method is adopted and calculated by modeling.According to the results of the analysis,the comprehensive evaluation of the danger grade of the house is grade C,which constitutes a local dangerous house.This paper makes an objective and comprehensive assessment of the danger of the house,and puts forward some suggestions to deal with it,so as to provide reference for the risk assessment of similar masonry buildings.关键词
