复杂地质条件下隧洞无爆破掘进技术研究

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of small cross-section tunnel excavation under special and complex adverse geological condi-tions,taking the diversion tunnel of ghee mouth lower reservoir project in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City as an example,the tunnel non-blasting tunneling technology is studied.The supporting measures are determined according to the engineering geologi-cal conditions.Under the uncertain state of types Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ surrounding rock,the cantilever roadheader is used as the non-blasting rock breaking method for the construction of hard rock.The research results show that for types Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ surround-ing rock,the utilization rate of cantilever roadheader increases obviously with the decrease of surrounding rock category,and for type Ⅴ sand gravel surrounding rock,the single cycle tunneling and first lining rate of cantilever roadheader reaches about 7.0 m/d,and the construction effect is good.关键词
