Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determining the residual amounts of lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,and copper,five heavy metals in the traditional Chinese medicinal material of Acanthopanax trifoliatus,using microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Method:After microwave digestion treatment of the samples,ICP-MS is used for determination under the Standard collision reaction cell mode.Results:The five heavy metal elements show good linearity within their respective ranges(R≥0.9992),with an average spiking recovery rate between 93.1%and 109.9%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)between 0.8%and 3.7%.In 11 batches of samples,the content of the five heavy metals do not exceed the limits of heavy metals and harmful elements stipulated in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The established method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,and high accuracy,and can be used for quality control of heavy metal elements in Acanthopanax trifoliatus.关键词
