Abstract
Soil is extracted in a quartz triangle flask in a boiling water bath and the filtrate collected is determined by an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.After the pretreatment is optimized,a good extraction effect is obtained by soaking in boiling water for 8 minutes,the concentration range was 0~1.0 mg/L,the linear equation of the standard curve is y=599700x-853.3,the correlation coefficient was 0.999971,and the linear range is good,the accuracy and precision of the three samples are tested,and the results met the requirements of the certificate.The relative standard deviations were 2.37%、1.85%、1.09%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the detection of available boron in soil.关键词
