摘要

Abstract

The article first outlines the concept and technical advantages of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),then demonstrates the role of GC-MS in the detection of pesticide residues in citrus fruits through experimental methods,and finally summarizes the key points of using GC-MS for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products.It is hoped that the dection method can be better popularized to ensure food safety in all-round way.
