摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the compatibility of infusion of cefmetazole sodium for injection.Methods:HPLC method and gradient elution are used.Results:After the compatibility according to the instructions,after 24 h investigation,the related substances have increased,and other items have no obvious change.Conclusion:The compatibility stability samples are selected for the test,and the trend and amount of changes in the indexes of the self-made preparation and the reference preparation are basically the same.关键词
