Quality Testing and Optimal Harvesting Period Investigation of Fleeceflower Root from Different Production Areas in Qianxinan Prefecture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between the production and harvest years of fleeceflower root.in our province and the accumulation level of active ingredients,the content determination method of diphenylene glycoside and anthraquinone under the heading of fleeceflower root in Part 1 of the 2020 Edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China was used to determine the suitable harvesting period of fleeceflower root.Result:The average value of stilbene glycoside was 1.93％,the maximum value was 3.34％,and the minimum value was 0.44％.the average value of bound anthraquinone was 0.30％,the maximum was 0.70％,and the minimum value was 0.07％.Conclusion:Anlong's 3-year lifespan reached its maximum value,with stilbene glycoside at 3.3％and anthraquinone at 0.7％,respectively.Anlong County has the best quality,followed by Pu'an and Baiwan Kiln.The harvesting period can be selected from the first year,and the three-year old fleeceflower root can be used as a high-quality medicinal material for production.关键词
