Abstract
The stability of gantry cranes is a key factor in ensuring operational safety.Stability is influenced by various factors,including structural characteristics,operating conditions,maintenance,and aging conditions.Structurally,the stability of the foundation,the length of the support legs,and the position of the center of gravity are important determining factors for stability.Operating conditions,such as wind speed,ground strength,and operating speed,also have a significant impact on stability.Maintenance and aging conditions cannot be ignored,and regular maintenance and inspection are crucial for maintaining the stability of cranes.By analyzing the overturning accident of a certain crane,improvement measures for the design phase,operating procedures,and maintenance inspections were proposed to enhance the stability and safety of the crane.关键词
