Abstract
For a long time,food safety has been a hot issue of concern to the people,and is an important social issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.As an important technical support means of food safety supervision,the social responsibility of the industry has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is the urgent need of food safety supervision to continuously strengthen the food safety inspection and improve the means of food safety testing technology.This paper analyzes the technical needs of market supervision departments at all levels for testing institutions,the services provided by food inspection and testing institutions for food safety supervision at the present stage,the problems existing in food safety sampling and inspection and the solutions.关键词
