特种设备缺陷产品召回制度研究
摘要
Abstract
To avoid personal injury and property loss caused by defective special equipment,it is urgent to establish and improve the recall system of special equipment.In this paper,based on explaining the basic concepts such as defects and drawing lessons from foreign recall management experience and Chinese regulations on consumer goods recall management,the information management,defect investigation,defect confirmation,recall mode,recall procedures and recall evaluation of defective special equipment are studied,and suggestions on the construction of special equipment recall system in China are put forward,with a view to promoting enterprises to actively improve their technical level and product quality.关键词
