Abstract
General secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the 11th collective study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee that the development of new quality productivity is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development,and pointed out that it is necessary to smooth the virtuous cycle of education,science and technology,and talents in accordance with the requirements of developing new quality productivity,which provides a basic guideline for the high-quality development of talents to promote the accelerated formation of new quality productivity.Building a new quality talent ecosystem,developing new quality productivity,and realizing Chinese-style modernization constitute the main thread of China's current economic and social development.It can be seen that the mutual support and integrated development of education,science and technology,and talents,as well as the interaction between science and technology,talents,and innovation,have become the most important starting point for China to shift from demographic dividend to talent dividend.In view of this,Population and Economics specially invited Chinese talent experts to conduct a concentrated discussion on the topic of"promoting the accelerated formation of new quality productivity with high-quality development of talents",aiming to clarify the relationship between the development of new quality productivity and the concept of new quality productivity talents in China,as well as the important role of talent development in promoting the formation of new quality productivity,and point out many contents that urgently need attention in the current development of new quality productivity in China from the perspective of talent development.关键词
