薰衣草精油与透明质酸钠联合使用护肤作用研究
Study on the skin care effect of the combination use of lavender essential oil and sodium hyaluronate

Abstract
In order to explore the properties of lavender essential oil(LEO)and sodium hyaluronate(SH)in anti-inflammation and protecting skin barrier,and the effect of the combination use of them,a skin damaged model was established by irradiating 3D epidermal skin model with 600 mJ/cm2 dose of Ultraviolet B(UVB).The effects of samples on the inflammatory factors IL-1α,TNF-α and PGE2,and barrier-associated protein TGM1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry,and the ultraviolet absorption of LEO was detected.The results showed that LEO could absorb UV light,both 0.1%LEO and 0.2%SH could inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-1α,TNF-α and PGE2 and promote the expression of TGM1.When the two were used together,the effects were enhanced,among which there was a synergistic effect on TGM1.It was speculated that the enhancement mechanism may be related to the UV absorption and penetration promotion ability of LEO.The above results indicate that LEO and SH can play a good skin care effect through anti-inflammation and protecting skin barrier,and the combination use of them has synergistic effect on some index,which provides a theoretical basis for their application in cosmetics.关键词
