摘要
Abstract
AA2G is a glycoside derivative of Vitamin C.When added into skin care products as a skin care ingredient,it undergoes enzymatic reactions with skin enzymes and α-glucosidase,slowly releasing the contained Vitamin C(VC)to exert its skincare benefits,such as fading dark spots,whitening,and anti-aging effects.Since the stability of AA2G is related to the formulation system,the influence of different process conditions on the stability of AA2G has been discussed,and the best development and application conditions have been obtained by testing the whitening efficacy of zebrafish.The results showed that the stability of AA2G could be improved by adjusting the pH value of the system to 6.0～7.0 with 10%KOH solution,and then adding it to the application condition of the material.关键词
