Abstract
Zinc hyaluronate(HA-Zn)is a zinc salt of hyaluronic acid,which is a new kind of raw material of hyaluronic acid derivatives,and has the effect of promoting wound healing,anti-microbial and anti-oxidation.In this study,two kinds of cells,human sebaceous gland cell SZ95 and human dermal papilla cell HDPC,were used to demonstrate the anti-inflammatory and oil-control effects of zinc hyaluronate,which is a potential active ingredient in skin care.In the DHT stimulation model experiment,HA-Zn has a significant inhibitory effect on the release of DHT-stimulated inflammatory factors IL-8 and IL-6,with the inhibition rates of 55.5%and 32.8%,respectively.The inhibitory rate of HA-Zn on the lipid secretion in SZ95 cells reached 31%.关键词
