Abstract

The study aims to study the extraction,characterization and biological activity of vesicles from Leontopodium alpinum.The sacs of Leontopodium Alpinum were extracted from the supernatant of Leontopodium Alpinum callus culture using tangential flow clarification,concentration process,and column chromatography.The cytotoxicity,antioxidant capacity,promotion of Col1a1 protein production,inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)expression,and promotion of cell migration ability of Leontopodium Alpinum vesicles were tested.The results showed that high-purity thylakoids could be obtained from the supernatant of the callus culture of Leontopodium Alpinum.The thylakoids of Leontopodium Alpinum had significant antioxidant,Col1a1 protein production,and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)expression inhibition,cell migration promotion,and other biological activities at the concentration of 500 μg/mL.
