植物染料XD在棉织物上的染色性能研究
Study on the dyeing performance of vegetable dye XD on cotton fabrics
摘要
Abstract
Using pomegranate peel,pomegranate flower,and sappan wood as raw materials,cotton knitted fabrics are dyed with a crude extract of plant dye XD.The effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing bath pH,dyeing bath ratio,dye-ing time,and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of plant dye XD were studied.The optimal process was as follows:dye-ing temperature 100℃,acetic acid dosage 0.7 g/L,bath ratio 1∶10,holding time 40 min.After dyeing,the color fastness to soap washing and rubbing of the dyed fabric is rated level 4,and the color fastness to sunlight is rated level 3～4,which can meet the color fastness requirements of garments.However,the vegetable dye XD was only suitable for dyeing light colors.关键词
