Abstract
The influence of factors such as liquid silicone rubber components,coating tension,speed of the circulating fan,coating speed,and stirring method on the performance of coated airbag fabrics in actual production is studied.The results indicate that in the production process of coated airbag fabrics,the tear strength and tensile strength of coated airbag fabrics are improved during the production process by increasing the proportion of component B in the liquid silicone rubber,coating tension,speed of the circulating fan,while reducing the coating speed and manually stirring the liquid silicone rubber.Increasing the proportion of component B in the liquid silicone rubber,speed of the circulating fan,and reducing the coating tension and coating speed,as well as manually stirring the liquid silicone rubber,are beneficial for reducing the static air permeability.关键词
