Abstract
Due to the rapid development of science and technology,economic globalization and the arrival of the Internet era,the textile industry has continued to reforming technology and innovating design.However,the advent of the Internet era also makes textile design plagiarism frequent,which is not conducive to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of textile designers,more conducive to the future development of the textile industry.In the process of change in the textile industry,the legal protection system of trade secrets has played a pivotal role in maintaining the normal market order of the textile industry and encouraging the innovation of textile technology.关键词
