静电纺丝技术制备料香包埋材料及其性能研究
Preparation and performance study of fragrance-encapsulated material by electrospinning

Abstract
This study addresses the issue of strong volatility and low effective release rates of flavoring materi-als in heated cigarette filters by employing chitosan and polycaprolactone through electrospinning and heat-mixed encapsulation techniques to successfully develop a new type of flavoring encapsulation material.The structure,retention rate,release performance,and stability of this material were evaluated using infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and gas chromatography.The results demonstrated that this mate-rial achieved a high loading rate of menthol at 59.72%,a room temperature retention rate of 78.58%,and a release rate exceeding 85%during smoking.In a 14 day stability test,the retention rate of menthol was im-proved by 15%compared to its crystalline form.Cell experiments further confirmed its advantages of high bio-compatibility and low concentration dependency.This research offers a new strategy for enhancing the flavor release efficiency and sensory quality of heated cigarette filters.关键词
