三组遗传全雄尼罗罗非鱼与吉富罗非鱼的养殖性状及雄性率比较
Comparison of culture traits and male ratio between three populations of genetically all-male Nile tilapia and GIFT tilapia

Abstract
In order to screen the parent combination with fast growth,high survival rate and high male rate in offspring,three YY genotype super male Nile tilapia families were used as male parents,while GIFT tilapia was selected as female parents to breed all-male Nile tilapia seedlings.Comparative farming experiments were carried out on between three genetically all-male populations and GIFT population.The biological and genetic sex were identified by pressing method and molecular marker detection,etc.Meanwhile the differences of breeding traits among different populations were evaluated,and the male rate was calculated.The results showed that the average body weight of the three genetically all-male populations was 17.39 g higher than that of the GIFT population,and the growth rate of genetically all-male C was 21.21%faster than that of the GIFT population.There was a signifi-cant difference between the genetically all-male population and the GIFT population(P<0.05).The male rate of the three all-male populations was ranged from 99%to 100%with the average male rate being 99.54%,which was higher than that of the GIFT population(56.34%).The results showed that the male ratio of the three genetically all-male populations could meet the needs of all-male tilapia culture,and the growth rate of genetic all-male C was the fastest,which could be used as the main combination for the large-scale breeding of all-male tilapia fry,and had high promotion value.关键词
