EM菌对杂交黄颡鱼"黄优1号"越冬期间养殖池水质、生长特性及非特异性免疫指标的影响OA
Effects of effective microorganisms(EM)on water quality,growth performance and non-specific immunity of hybrid yellow catfish"Huangyou-1"(Pelteobagrus vachelli ♂×Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀)
为探究EM菌对越冬期间杂交黄颡鱼"黄优 1 号"养殖池水质、生长性能及非特异性免疫指标的影响,分别采用泼洒、拌料两种方式,使用EM菌饲养杂交黄颡鱼"黄优 1 号"[体质量(10.35±1.23)g,体长(8.5±0.4)cm],进行了 42 d的饲养对比试验.结果显示:养殖期间采用泼洒方式使用EM菌,该组养殖水体的溶解氧含量高于拌料使用EM菌组和对照组,氨氮和亚硝酸盐含量始终低于拌料使用EM菌组和对照组;拌料使用EM菌组杂交黄颡鱼"黄优 1 号"的存活率、增重率和特定生长率要高于另外两组,且脏体指数和肝体指数低于另外两组;两个使用EM菌试验组的酸性磷酸酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性和溶菌酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且拌料组尤为显著.试验结果表明,使用EM菌能在一定程度上改善越冬期间养殖池的水质,对杂交黄颡鱼"黄优1 号"生长具有明显的促进作用,并可增强其越冬后的非特异性免疫功能.
To explore the effects of effective microorganisms(EM)on water quality,as well as growth performance and non-specific immunity of the hybrid yellow catfish"Huangyou-1"(Pelteobagrus vachelli ♂×Pelteobagrus ful-vidraco♀)during overwintering period,the hybrid yellow catfish"Huangyou-1"[body weight(10.35±1.23)g,body length(8.5±0.4)cm]were fed with EM for 42 days.The results showed that the dissolved oxygen content in pond water of EM-splashed group was higher than that of the EM-mixed fodder group and the control group,and the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content was always lower in EM-splashed group.The survival rate,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of fish in EM-mixed fodder group were higher than the other two groups,and the hepatosomatic index and viscerosomatic index were lower than the other two groups.The activities of acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase,superoxide dismutase and lysozyme of two EM-supplemented groups were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the EM-mixed fodder group was particularly significant.The results showed that the use of EM could improve water quality during wintering to a certain extent,and had a significant promotion on growth and non-specific immune function of hybrid yellow catfish"Huangyou 1"over wintering.
