鱼类肌肉生长发育及调控机制研究进展OA
Growth and development of fish muscles and regulatory mechanisms
鱼类肌肉是优质蛋白质来源之一,能为人类提供大量人体必需的氨基酸和多不饱和脂肪酸.鱼类肌肉在食品生产中的重要作用促使水产养殖业愈加重视改善鱼类骨骼肌的生长和质量.研究和了解鱼类肌肉生长发育的调控因子和信号通路调控机制,对于完善鱼类养殖技术,促进鱼类肌肉组织快速生长发育从而达到速生快长有着重要的研究意义,是目前鱼类研究的热点方向.文章概括分析了有关调控鱼类肌肉生长相关因子及调控通路等方面的研究成果,可为鱼类肌肉生长发育机制的深入研究提供参考.
Fish muscle is one of the high-quality protein sources that can provide a large number of essential amino acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids for human beings.The important role of fish muscle in food production has prompted the aquaculture industry to pay more attention to improving the growth and quality aspects of fish skeletal muscle.The study and understanding of the regulatory factors and signaling pathways that regulate the growth and development of fish muscle is a hot direction for fish research to improve fish culture technology and promote rapid growth and development of fish muscle tissue to achieve rapid growth.Therefore,this paper summarized and analyzed the research results on the factors related to the regulation of fish muscles growth and regulatory pathways which can provide a reference for the in-depth study of the mechanism of fish muscle growth and development.
