外泌体在卵巢癌中的作用机制及应用前景
Mechanism and Application Prospect of Exosomes in Ovarian Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor of the female reproductive system,with a high mortality rate and poor prognosis,ranking first among gynecological cancers.Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that mediate cell communi-cation by carrying various active substances.Exosomes may play a regulatory role in the development of ovarian cancer by inhibiting immune response,promoting angiogenesis,accelera-ting tumor metastasis,and leading to drug resistance.In addition,exosomes have the potential to become a new biomarker of ovarian cancer and play an anti-ovarian cancer role as drug carriers,therapeutic targets,and immunotherapy.In this paper,we will systematically review the mechanism and application of exosomes in ovarian cancer,to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.关键词
