铜死亡在头颈鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展OACSTPCD
Research Progress of Cuproptosis in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carci-noma
目前,一种基于铜的新型调节型细胞死亡方式——"铜死亡"已成为研究热点,它是一种与细胞中线粒体呼吸高度相关的细胞死亡方式.基于铜死亡特殊的发生机制,研究人员针对其与肿瘤治疗的关系进行了探索,包括头颈鳞状细胞癌、结肠腺癌、子宫内膜癌、前列腺癌、肝细胞癌、乳腺癌等.尽管部分研究得出了初步的结果,但还未见明确的机制及长期的临床结果分析.因此,本文就铜死亡在头颈鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展作一综述,为发掘新的头颈鳞状细胞癌的治疗及预后评估手段提供研究方向.
