铜死亡在头颈鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展
Research Progress of Cuproptosis in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carci-noma
摘要
Abstract
Recently,a new type of copper-based regulated cell death,cuproptosis,has become a research hotspot.It is a cell death mode highly related to mitochondrial respiration in cells.Based on the special mechanism of cuproptosis,re-searchers explored its relationship with the treatment of tumors including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,colon ade-nocarcinoma,endometrial carcinoma,prostate cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,breast cancer,etc.Although some studies have yielded preliminary results,there is neither clear mechanism nor long-term clinical outcome analysis.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of cuproptosis in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,providing research directions for exploring new treatment and prognostic evaluation methods for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.关键词
