Abstract
In response to the problems of non collaboration in various aspects of land construction projects,weak information correlation throughout the entire cycle,and insufficient intelligent support for approval,based on practical practices of Ji'nan city,the implementation path by using"real estate unit code"as a key field for association and mutual recognition,"one code association"engineering construction project land approval,land supply,planning and construction,completion acceptance,property rights registration,property rights transactions and other full life cycle management have been systematically summarized.The construction of work mechanisms,implementation methods,typical cases,and proposes prospects for deepening the social application of real estate code in combination with practical work have been intro-duced.关键词
