Application and innovation of pile bucket composite structure in offshore wind power engineering

Abstract
Pile bucket composite foundation is a new type of offshore wind power foundation structure that combines single pile foundation and bucket foundation.Its construction technology and quality control have been studied and applied in combination with the project.The single pile foundation is driven using the stable pile technology.The bucket foundation structure is first installed on the completed single pile foundation through a ship crane set,then sunk in place through self-weight sinking and negative pressure pumping,and finally connected to the bucket foundation as a whole through underwater grouting.The key to construction quality is the control of the azimuth and inclination of the bucket foundation installation,the removal of mud in the grouting area between the bucket foundation and the single pile foundation,and the design and installation of the top sealing plate in the grouting area between the pile and bucket.This construction technology and quality control method have been successfully applied in the Taizhou No.1 offshore wind power project in Zhejiang,with the characteristics of low construction cost and high efficiency.关键词
