Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low excavation efficiency,high labor intensity,low level of intelligence and others during the excavation operation process of the 7304 rail groove(1#)excavation working face in Zhaolou Coal Mine.A set of intelligent control system based on artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and big data is proposed.The control system integrates advanced perception technology,control strategies,data analysis,and remote collaborative operation functions.The application results show that the intelligent control system can achieve functions such as real-time monitoring of the operating status of the roadheader,memory cutting and path planning,intelligent collaboration among multiple devices,and real-time perception of the environment,etc,the operation safety is improved,the working environment is improved.The excavation efficiency of the roadway has increased by 35%,reducing the number of workers by 24 per day,and creating an economic benefit of about 2.9 million yuan/a.The application of the system effectively solves the problems of excavation efficiency and safety in the excavation face,laying the foundation for the construction of a smart mine in Zhaolou Coal Mine.关键词
