摘要
Abstract
Taking Wangwa No.2 Mine as the research object,this paper conducts practical research on the construction and application of smart mine system.Wangwa No.2 Mine proposes the goal of smart mine construction,realizing multiple intelligent functions such as controllable production safety,real-time monitoring,positioning and tracing,alarm linkage and so on.The overall architecture of smart mine construction is analyzed from six major parts:perception layer,transmission layer,data layer,platform layer,application layer,and display layer.The practical analysis is conducted on the construction of smart mine system from the aspects of information infrastructure construction,comprehensive automation platform construction,intelligent mining and excavation working face construction,intelligent production auxiliary system construction and others.The application results show that the smart mine system of Wangwa No.2 Mine achieves the goal of safety with few people and safety without anyone,effectively strengthening personnel behavior management and control and improving mine safety management level,with significant safety benefits.关键词
