Abstract
In view of the problems of initial dosing relying on empirical input,large data fluctuations after dosing,easy pollution of turbidity meter and so on in the flocculation sedimentation dosing process of coal slime water treatment technique in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant.A new type of intelligent dosing system for coal slime water thickening tank is designed.The system can perform real-time detection on the clear water layer,intermediate water layer,sedimentation layer flocculation effect,and overflow water quality data,etc of the thickener,adjust the dosage,and achieve precise control of the dosing system of the thickening tank;by detecting the concentration of the bottom flow,it is possible to prevent the accumulation of excessive coal slime at the bottom from being discharged in a timely manner,which can lead to the occurrence of rake pressure accidents;detect the small flow rate of the filtrate water to judge the end time of the pressure filtration,and detect the particle concentration of the filtrate water to judge faults such as damage to the plate frame,filter cloth wrapping and others.The on-site application results show that the intelligent dosing system of the thickening tank operates stably and can effectively achieve precise control of the dosing system of the thickening tank and intelligent and efficient operation of the filter press,with significant safety and social benefits.关键词
