大型水轮机组减压阀系统不稳定性分析及改进研究OA

大型水轮机组在水力发电厂的运行中起着至关重要的作用,而减压阀系统作为其中一个重要的组成部分,直接影响着水轮机组的运行稳定性和安全性.然而,在实际运行中,一些大型水轮机组减压阀系统存在着不稳定性问题,严重影响了其运行效率和安全性.因此,对大型水轮发电机组的减压阀系统在运行过程中的不稳定性深入分析和改进研究具有重要的意义.本文通过某大型机组实际运行过程中的减压阀不稳定运行案例分析,提出了减压阀上腔出水管路上安装节流阀的改进方案,通过现场试验分析,此方法可有效控制减压阀开启速度,进而稳定减压阀阀后压力,为大型水轮发电机组稳定运行提供安全保障.

Large hydro-turbine generator sets play a vital role in the operation of hydropower plants,and the pressure reducing valve systems,as an important part of them,directly affect the operation stability and safety of hydro-turbine generator sets.However,the instability of pressure reducing valve systems for some large hydro-turbine generator sets seriously affects their operation efficiency and safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply analyze and improve the instability of pressure reducing valve systems for large hydro-turbine generator sets during operation.Based on the case analysis of unstable operation of the pressure reducing valves in actual operation process of a large generator set,this paper presents an improvement scheme of installing throttle valves on the outlet pipes of upper cavities of the pressure reducing valves.According to field test and analysis,this method can effectively control the opening speed of pressure reducing valves,thus stabilizing the downstream pressure of pressure reducing valves and providing a safety guarantee for stable operation of large hydro-turbine generator sets.
