从《伤寒论》太阴病探讨抑郁症辨治
Analysis of Differentiation and Treatment of Depressive Disorder from Taiyin Disease of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Patients with depressive disorder often have the symptoms of interior cold of Taiyin such as fatigue,diarrhea,poor appetite,etc.The intestinal flora imbalance caused by interior cold of Taiyin often affects the brain through the brain-gut axis,leading to brain dysfunction and depressive disorder.Using the Sini formula group or warming method to warm and active Taiyin can be effective for depressive patients with symptoms such as lethargy,sleepiness,pale or light complexion,fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension and diarrhea,pale and enlarged tongue with teeth marks,etc.According to the holistic and dynamic characteristics of syndrome differentiation based on six meridians in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,warming and nourishing Shaoyin and harmonizing Shaoyang are often combined to achieve the goal of treating the symptom,root cause and curing the disease.关键词
