Abstract
Songfeng's Treatise on Epidemics by Qilu Medical Scholar LIU Kui inherited and innovated the theories of epidemic prevention and treatment of Inner Canon of Huangdi.Based on the theories such as correspondence between nature and human and latent pathogen causing diseases,it relied on circuit and qi and four seasons,emphasized the importance of original qi,and focused on the pathogenic factors such as deficiency of pathogenic factors and epidemic toxin,which explained the pathogenic mechanism of latent pathogen causing diseases and proposed strategies for recovery to prevent recurrence.Songfeng's Treatise on Epidemics proposed"formulas for preventing epidemics",and utilized innovative methods such as treatment with both internal and external remedies,protecting healthy qi with fresh medicinals,removing toxin with aromatic medicinals,and the ingenious application of single medicinal,which enriched the theories and practices of epidemic prevention.In addition,LIU Kui also emphasized the treatment concept of combination of prevention and treatment,and offered a rich selection of therapeutic options through internal administration method of removing toxin,diaphoresis,emesis,and external treatments such as acupuncture,scraping,and hot medicinal compress,etc.Songfeng's Treatise on Epidemics not only promoted the inheritance and innovation of the theories from Inner Canon of Huangdi but also enriched the pathways and methods for epidemic prevention,provided valuable new insights into the clinical prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,and had profound academic value and practical significance.关键词
